Brandon completed his second and last year of preschool and is anxiously awaiting his first day of kindergarten at St. Joe's. He started Sunday School and is eagerly anticipating his Vacation Bible Schools in the upcoming weeks.
Katie and Lainey have cut all of their teeth - just in time for Brandon to have three loose teeth! Brandon had his first overnight at a friend's house and the girls now sleep together in a big girl bed at night.
The girls turned two when Brandon turned 5 1/2. They now speak in paragraph form and Brandon is learning to write in paragraph form. Brandon is discovering books with chapters can be great bedtime stories in place of picture books. Wait until he realizes he will learn to read them on his own very soon!
They gained their very first cousin and lost a great grandparent. What a year it has been - I can only imagine what is in store for us this year as Brandon begins school full time and the girls have their last year here before beginning preschool.

When Brandon was born, we were actually taking pictures of him with a Polaroid (who even has one of those anymore!) and an old 35mm. I need to scan some of his pix so I can add a progression of him through the years and let him join the digital age too!
