Back to school!

Brandon's first day of school this year was a bit different than last year. Last year's tears were replaced this year with a quick "See you later Mom" before sprinting into his classroom without even a backward glance for old mom.
He is so happy to be back in school! This is his second year at Pleasant Park (sounds like a retirement home, doesn't it?)He has the same teachers but most of the 14 in his class are new friends. Even Katie and Lainey apparently remember PPP and point it out as we drive by...I keep telling the girls they'll be there soon enough!





















This weekend Brandon had his second soccer game! His team is 2-0 so far. This record is greatly helped by little Chase and Wyatt who at 5 yrs old have both been playing for 3 years! Brandon's doing pretty good - he's much better at remembering to face the ball and had some break aways in the second game. When a plane flew over, he was very casual about glancing up to check it out. He even stopped some shots on goal while playing keeper.
